USAA Casualty Insurance Co., 729 So. 2d 460 (Fla. 4th DCA 1999), which expressly and directly conflicts with this Courts previous opinion in Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. v. Lane, 565 So. 2d 1323 (Fla. 1990). We have jurisdiction pursuant to article V, section 3(b)(3) of the Florida Constitution. For the reasons expressed in this opinion, we approve the result below.
